CD1/MD1 Electric Lifting Wire Rope Hoist Single Speed Double Speed

The electric wire rope hoist CD1 and MD1 have features of compact, light, small-sized shape and smooth operation. It can be uesd not only on the overhead reils, but also be uesd in conjunction with many types of electric or manual cranes such as the single-grider crane, the double-grider crane, the cantilever crane and the gantry crane. The eletric hoist model MD1 with double lifting speeds should be used in case where the hiost model CD1 can not meet the requirements for fine abjustments during precision operations

1. CD1/MD1 type hoist can be used as a winch if with slight modification.
2. Choose single or double lifting speed, even multi-speed possible with frequency inverters.
3. The suitable rail for low-headroom hoist is H-type rail, and I-type also is available.
4. The recommended rope reeving of the kind of hoist is 2/1, 4/2 or 4/1.
5. The normal rail gauge of the double-girder hoist is 1200mm, 1500mm, 1800mm, 2100mm and 2300mm or at request.
6. The normal traveling speed is 20m/min, or 30m/min, 45m/min by request.
7. CD1 has only a normal speed which can satisfy Normal application. MD1 provides two speeds: Normal speed and low speed. With low speed it can do precise loading and unloading, mounding of sand box, maintenance of machine tools, etc.
